Henna Bieldt is a South African wife, mom, and teacher living in Germany.
She was a Ballet dancer from the age of seven and completed Grade six with the Royal Academy of Dance when she was seventeen. She also excelled at Public Speaking and won various school and national competitions.
When the time came to choose a career, Henna thought nothing could be better than investing into little lives for big futures. So she decided to study to be a teacher at the Potchefstroom Campus of the University of North West in South Africa. During her time there, she did her practical teaching in Maths and English Literature at various schools across RSA.
During her studies, she was part of a Kumon Centre that helps children excel in Math and English. As a final year student, she started working at a private school and taught children aged between ten to fourteen. She also worked as a substitute teacher for Afrikaans Language and Science classes.
After 2 years of teaching, Henna started to fill her own little classroom and is now the mother of three children.
Being a mom herself has shown her the need for children to learn in a compassionate, fun and free setting. Using her teaching background, Henna looks forward to showing children that you can always have fun and learn at the same time.
